DSHS hosting COVID-19 vaccine popup event at Texarkana Walmart

The DSHS says health care providers in Texas have administered nearly 32 million doses of the vaccine to more than 16 million people. About 15 million Texans are fully vaccinated, or 62% of the eligible population. The state says vaccination rates by age group vary from around 80% for 65-year-olds and up to 47% for 12 to 17-year-olds.
